  • Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation lasting approximately 60–75 minutes. This visit is designed to help us gain a clear understanding of your concerns, history, and goals so we can create a personalized treatment plan together.

    During this session, we will:

    • Discuss your current symptoms and concerns
    • Review your mental health history
    • Explore medical history and current medications
    • Talk about sleep, stress, relationships, work/school, and lifestyle factors
    • Review any past therapy or psychiatric treatment
    • Identify your goals for care

You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions and share what’s important to you. This is a collaborative conversation—not an interrogation.

At the end of the visit, we will:

    • Discuss diagnostic impressions (if appropriate)
    • Review treatment options, which may include medication, therapy, lifestyle strategies, or a combination
    • Create a clear plan for next steps
    • Schedule follow-up care as needed
