Our Mission
At Calming Reflections Psychiatry, I put you at the center of your care. Life can feel heavy, stressful, or overwhelming at times, and it’s easy to get stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, or sleepless nights. Whether you’re managing PTSD, bipolar disorder, or just need guidance to feel more balanced, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
My approach combines medication management with personalized coaching, so you don’t just manage symptoms—you gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools to navigate daily life. In my safe, collaborative space, you’ll be heard, respected, and supported as we work together toward your goals.
Together, we’ll create a personalized plan designed for your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. This may include medication management, supportive therapy, solution-focused thrapy, wellness coaching, and practical strategies to manage stress—all tailored to help you feel your best.
Here, you are more than a diagnosis. My role is to listen, support, and partner with you so you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward.
I provide evidence-based psychiatric care in a safe, judgment-free space, with convenient telehealth sessions for residents of Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. If you’re ready to take the next step toward clarity, balance, and growth, I’m here to walk alongside you—one session at a time.
At Calming Reflections Psychiatry, it’s not just about surviving—it’s about thriving, building resilience, and discovering the confidence to live life on your terms. You deserve care that meets you where you are, and we’re here to help you get there.
